Services and Resources

Services and Resources offered by Links-Wales to members are provided at no charge, and as such are to be regarded as an outside view and discussion based upon experiences.

Links-Wales disclaim all liability, both to the direct user and all third parties, for special, indirect or consequential damage or any damage whatsoever arising in contract, tort or otherwise (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, business or profits) resulting from free services offered.

Information passed on is derived from a wide variety of sources, and is as far as possible checked for accuracy, and filtered for relevance. However, information should be separately verified prior to making any decisions based upon it, as no liability can be accepted for inaccuracies.

Any suggestions made, or opinions offered are the views based upon experience of the Links-Wales practitioner, and should be treated only as areas for consideration. Prior to acting on these, professional support should be sought as Links-Wales can accept no liability for decisions made by members based upon discussions.

Where professional support is required, Links-Wales is happy to introduce members to organisations offering such support, which in our previous experience has been of value to members, but in no way endorses such organisations, and carries no liability for the services they provide.

Members may also be introduced to other members with similar or complimentary aims. Again, no endorsement is implied or inferred, and no liability accepted for subsequent agreements between members.

Products offered for sale by Links-Wales are restricted to those that we have personally tried, demonstrated to members, and consider to be of high quality and superior to others we have experienced. We do not however endorse such products, and act simply as retailer of such products. Such products are supplied under the terms of the Sale of Goods act. As such our liability for such products shall be limited to refund of purchase price.
